The Perfect Summer Dress

With an upper cream rib knit panel and lower tangerine asymmetrical panel combination, this piece produces a simple yet daring statement look. This dress slips on and hugs the body in all the right places. Aaizél is mindful of creating sustainability and achieving this in multiple ways. They choose to work closely with ECA (ethical Clothing Australia) accredited local businesses who align with their values and mission. Throughout production, the brand uses recycled cutting paper and endeavour to cut our fabrics with the highest efficiency marker in order to reduce wastage. All the offcuts are donated to an Australian owned fitness company where they produce boxing bags.

All About: Aaizel

Made in Melbourne, sustainability is an integral part of Aaizel’s DNA. The brand works closely with a textiles agency that source fabrics predominantly from finely-edited stock leftover from high end fashion houses. This not only reduces fabric waste but also conserves energy and minimises the carbon footprint that would be made with the production of new textiles. Looking forward, the brand is exploring possibilities with recycled fibres.

With a focus and appreciation for quality and longevity over quantity and trends, the brand designs with outfits in mind rather than singular pieces, creating a highly wearable and versatile collection. Read our interview with Creative Director Minnie Jo here.
