Australian Fashion Week 2023: Fashion tips with Em

Australian Fashion Week is being held in Sydney next week from Monday the 15^th – Friday the 19^th of May.

Over the five days, 45 designer runways will be taking place including After Eight favourites Michael Lo Sordo and Wynn Hamlyn.

Not only is Fashion Week filled with the newest and hottest designs, but it is also filled with inspiring and educational conversations from professionals in the industry.

Street Style

When it comes to Fashion Week, I love seeing fashion come to life on the runway, but it’s the fashion off the runway that excites me most.

Street style has become just as major as the shows themselves – looks bursting with individuality and creativity. Observing the scene outside AAFW venues has become my favourite way to see what’s trending before they even arrive to the runway.

Here is my break down of some street style worthy looks for not only Fashion Week, but everyday life.

1. A well-tailored suiting is a must, and when you opt for a neutral tone you can have a lot of fun with accessories:
